With over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry, we bring together a unique blend of expertise to help women create lasting, healthy habits. Chelsea’s background in competitive bodybuilding and Amy’s specialist knowledge in recovery and nutrition give us the tools to support women at every stage of their journey. We cater to ladies of all ages and abilities who are ready to make positive lifestyle changes, feel stronger, and live happier and healthier.
We offer a range of programmes from 6 to 12 weeks, tailored meal plans, as well as 1-to-1 and 2-to-1 Personal Training sessions, all delivered at Transformation Unit. We offer a women's only monthly bootcamp style class, available to members and non members of all abilities.
